It’s the time of year for eggnog, pumpkin pie, and being around friends and family! No matter what holiday you celebrate, gifts are exchanged with loved ones. If you’re struggling to buy something for that person in your life who just wants to travel, check out this list!
I recently got this watch and am obsessed with it. I love the picture of the world on it, plus it’s perfect for when you don’t want to pull out your phone to check the time. If you’re in a rush to your departing train or flight, you can just glance at your wrist to see how much time you have left (or how much faster you have to run).
When I was exploring Europe this summer, I kept wishing I had a better way to organize my important items. I had my passport in one pocket of my backpack, train and plane tickets in another, and the rest of my wallet somewhere else. I saw this passport holder after I got back and thought how perfect it would have been! This holds everything you need in one convenient location.
Backpackers will love having this hammock during their travels. I used it during my camping trips around Seattle this summer and can’t believe I didn’t get this sooner. It’s super easy to set up and surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. The hammock even fits two people if you’re traveling with others.
I love my Nikon D7100, but it’s not always feasible to take it with me everywhere. It’s bulky and I don’t dare bring it on outdoor adventures where the elements might destroy it. That’s where this iPhone lens comes in. You just put it on your phone and can use a fisheye lens, wide-angle lens, and 10x-15x macro lens.
Groupon for Travel Deals
Not just for restaurant discounts anymore, Groupon has greatly increased the amount of travel deals they have. It’s an easy gift to buy the traveler in your life. If you know they’re going to a certain city, why not pay for a night or two of their accommodation? If you’re really looking to splurge, you can even buy them an entire trip to a different country!
Girls Who Travel
I got this book to review from the author herself and fell in love with it. So often people think that they need to travel to change the bad parts of their life or find adventure, but this book shows otherwise. It’s the perfect read on a long flight during your next trip.
Anything from ExOfficio
My love for ExOfficio knows no bounds. I have many items from this travel clothing company because they do really last and are comfortable. I recently got this Milena Hoody Tunic and quickly declared it as my favorite top to wear during flights. It’s soft and wrinkle and odor resistant, which is exactly what you need when you’re traveling all day.
Another new item from the company is the Emei Trench for women. I love that it’s stylish yet water, wind, and stain resistant. This is perfect for my upcoming trip to Iceland this winter!
ExOfficio has partnered with me for a giveaway this holiday season! Up for grabs are the Emei Trench listed above, as well as a pair of both men and women’s underwear. I always take their best-selling item with me anytime I travel abroad. They’re comfortable and you can easily wash them in your hotel sink to dry overnight. Don’t just listen to me though – enter to win! The first winner will receive the trench coat and the second winner will receive the pair of underwear. Best of luck!
